The relationship between board chairs and chief executives is crucial for board effectiveness and health center well-being. This NACHC training can help participants learn how to:
• Support each other and become a more effective team
• Optimize board resources
• Plan and conduct board meetings that are engaging, productive and enjoyable.
This one-day intensive training will be held during the NACHC 2010 Community Health Institute (CHI) & EXPO!
Note: Both the health center CEO and Board Chair are required to attend this training together.
