NACHC has you covered.
Back by popular demand…NACHC, partners, McGladrey, and the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) present the 2011 Health Center Financial/Operations Management (FOM) seminar series. This multi-tiered training was designed to help health centers attain insight and understanding of the core qualities necessary to approach the business aspects of health center operations, management, and service delivery. FOM trainings also provide successful growth and development strategies that can help health centers meet the challenges of health care reform.
The FOMs are presented in three levels: introductory, intermediate, and advanced. Participants are encouraged to attend each training in order as each level builds upon the other accordingly. But – you are the best judge of your level of skill. Review the course descriptions below to determine which level best suits your needs!
