The National Association of Community Health Centers represents the nationwide network of community-based health centers that serve urban and rural areas in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Collectively these centers provide comprehensive primary and preventive services to nearly 20 million people at 7,500 sites.
