2009 S/R PCA Conference

The 27th Annual State/Regional Primary Care Association (SRPCA) Conference is designed specifically for staff and board members of SRPCAs. The two day conference addresses the most important issues facing SRPCAs today and includes updates from NACHC and HRSA/BPHC.
Registration:
Conference registration for this conference will not be open until Fall.
Housing:
NACHC has negotiated a discounted rate of $125 single/double occupancy. Rooms will be available at the discounted rate until Friday, October 16, 2009 or until all the rooms in the block have been sold, whichever occurs first.

Housing Policies:
In an effort to be sure that the headquarters hotel is able to accept the maximum number of reservations, NACHC has implemented the following housing policies:
• Each reservation must have a unique name. No person may book more than one room in their name.
• A deposit of one nights room and tax will be taken at the time of booking in order to guarantee your reservation.
• Should you need to cancel, cancellations must be made 30 days in advance in order to be refunded your deposit. Cancellations within 30 days prior to your arrival date, deposits are non refundable unless the hotel is able to resell your cancelled room.
